Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in accounting and financial management to oversee our daily operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to ensure operational efficiency, effective supply chain management, and financial accountability.
The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies, optimize processes, ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day company operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Manage and monitor inventory levels, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations.

Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance business performance.

Lead financial oversight of operations, including budget preparation, cost control, and expense monitoring.

Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and company policies.

Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, a plus if previously managed operations in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

Strong accounting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and track operational costs.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
